Plumber or electrician

Job management software for plumbers, electricians and trades

Your office is the van. Tell us how you and your teams work, and a team of AI agents builds the software you then open on your phone: tomorrow’s job, the quote on site, the invoice the same evening.

It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.

What you can ask for

What you can ask for.

  • Jobs by team

Day, time, address and who’s going. Each team sees its own jobs.

  • Quotes on site

Lines added from your phone, and the customer has the quote before you’re back in the van.

  • Job photos and documents

Before and after, drawings, maintenance contracts: linked to the customer and the job.

  • Materials

Fittings, cable, switches: what’s in the van and what to pick up from the merchant.

  • Who still owes you

Open and overdue invoices, with an alert when they pass thirty days.

  • Annual servicing

The boiler that needs a service every year: a reminder to the customer a month before.

Your data

Where you start, and a day with it.

This is an example. You tell the team your jobs, rates and materials, and change them whenever you like.

Names, durations and prices are examples.

A day with it

An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.

  1. 7:15

Over breakfast you check today’s jobs on your phone: four for you, three for Dan’s team.

  2. 10:40

A customer asks what a new bathroom would cost. You write the quote in the hallway and it goes out by email.

  3. 13:00

Dan uploads photos of the finished consumer unit from his phone. They’re on the job record.

  4. 15:30

A block of flats calls about a leak. You can see you’re free at 9 tomorrow and book it in.

  5. 19:00

You do today’s invoices and send them with the tool you already use.

  6. 19:20

An alert: two invoices a month overdue. Tomorrow you know who to call.

The sections

Sections you might ask for.

These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works

  • Jobs

By team, with address and duration.

  • Quotes and invoices

On site and in the evening, from your phone.

  • Customers and installations

Addresses, past work and photos, handy when they call back a year later.

  • Materials

What you use most, with minimum stock.

  • Automations

    Servicing due, unpaid invoices.

Plainly put

What it doesn’t do.

We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.

  • It doesn’t produce electrical certificates, gas safety records or other technical forms: you can store them, but you prepare them with your own tools.

  • It doesn’t track the van and doesn’t work offline: in a basement with no signal, you enter things once you’re back online.

  • Tax schemes such as CIS or VAT treatment are for you and your accountant to decide. You send invoices with the tool you already use.

  • You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.

Questions, answered.

Yes: jobs, quotes, invoices and photos. Add it to your home screen and open it like an app.

Your business software, made to measure.

Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
