Professional practice

Practice management software for professional firms

Architect, surveyor, consultant, solicitor, accountant: the work is different, the office headaches are the same. Tell us how you handle your matters, and a team of AI agents builds the software for your practice.

It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.

What you can ask for

What you can ask for.

  • Clients and matters

Every matter with its status, who’s handling it, deadlines and documents.

  • Deadlines

One list of everything that’s due, with an alert a few days before.

  • Appointments

Everyone has their own diary, with first meetings, consultations and signings.

  • Quotes and fees

The fee proposal by stage, the bill, and who hasn’t paid yet.

  • Client portal

Once it’s online on your server, clients create an account, see where their matter stands and upload the documents you need.

  • Staff and trainees

They see the matters they work on; fees and takings stay with the partners.

Your data

Where you start, and a day with it.

Where you start

A few examples of the data you put in. Services, durations and prices are up to you.

  • Initial consultation45 minutes · free
  • Consultation60 minutes · £150
  • Fixed-fee matterinvoice line · £900
  • Annual retainerinvoice line · £150 a month

This is an example. You tell the team your services, types of matter and stages.

Names, durations and prices are examples.

A day with it

An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.

  1. 8:30

With your coffee you open it: three appointments, two deadlines this week, one overdue bill.

  2. 10:00

First meeting with a new client. You open the matter while you talk.

  3. 12:00

Yesterday’s client has uploaded the missing documents from their portal. You get an alert.

  4. 15:30

You close a piece of work and raise the bill; you send it with the tool you already use.

  5. 17:00

The trainee updates two matters. They can’t see the bills, as you agreed.

  6. 18:00

You type “add a VAT number field to the client record” in the chat. It’s there straight away.

The sections

Sections you might ask for.

These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works

  • Matters

The status of each matter, who’s on it, what’s missing.

  • Deadlines

In one list, with an alert beforehand.

  • Diary

Everyone has their own, with the length of each appointment.

  • Fees

    Quotes, bills and outstanding payments.

  • Client portal

Once it’s online, each client sees and uploads only their own documents.

Plainly put

What it doesn’t do.

We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.

  • It isn’t specialist practice software: no court e-filing, no submitting tax returns or applications to public bodies.

  • It doesn’t submit invoices or returns for you. Have your accountant check the tax treatment of your fees.

  • It doesn’t take payments: you mark bills as paid.

  • You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.

Questions, answered.

Yes, once we put it online on your server: everyone has their own login and a role, some see every matter, some only their own, some the fees. Until it’s online, only the owner uses it.

Your business software, made to measure.

Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
