Clinic or physio

Practice management software for clinics and physios

For a physiotherapy practice, a private clinic, a practitioner working alone or with colleagues. The team of AI agents builds the admin side the way you describe it. The clinical side stays where it belongs.

It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.

What you can ask for

What you can ask for.

  • A diary for each practitioner

Everyone has their own column and hours. A room or a couch can’t have two patients in the same slot.

  • Assessments and follow-ups

Every appointment type with its own length and fee.

  • Courses of treatment

Ten sessions, twice a week: book them all in one go and see how many are left.

  • Patient details, nothing more

Name, contact details, billing address. Clinical information doesn’t go here.

  • Patient invoices

Per session or at the end of a course, sent with the tool you already use.

  • Reception

Whoever runs reception sees the diaries and patient details, but not each practitioner’s takings.

Your data

Where you start, and a day with it.

Where you start

A few examples of the data you put in. Services, durations and prices are up to you.

  • Initial assessment45 minutes · £75
  • Follow-up30 minutes · £55
  • Treatment session50 minutes · £60
  • Course of 10 sessionsinvoice line · £520

This is an example. You tell the team your appointment types, durations and fees, practitioner by practitioner if they differ.

Names, durations and prices are examples.

A day with it

An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.

  1. 8:15

Reception opens everyone’s diary: nine appointments between you and your colleague.

  2. 9:20

A patient starts a course. You book all ten sessions, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9, and it tells you the couch is taken on two of those Thursdays.

  3. 12:30

You prepare the invoice for the course that finished yesterday and send it with the tool you already use.

  4. 15:00

A patient has moved their appointment from their account: they only see their own.

  5. 18:00

Tomorrow’s patients get their email reminder: date and time, nothing about the treatment.

  6. 19:40

You type “add the signed consent form to the patient record” in the chat. It’s there straight away.

The sections

Sections you might ask for.

These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works

  • Diary

By practitioner and by room, with courses of treatment.

  • Patients

The details you need for appointments and invoices, no clinical data.

  • Invoices

    Per session or per course.

  • Documents

Signed consent forms and practice paperwork.

  • Patient area

Once it’s online, patients see and move only their own appointments, if you want them to.

Plainly put

What it doesn’t do.

We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.

  • It isn’t clinical records software and it isn’t a medical device: diagnoses, reports and clinical notes don’t belong here.

  • It doesn’t submit claims to insurers, the NHS or health funds: that stays with you.

  • Health data is sensitive: only ask for the fields you need for appointments and invoices, and check with whoever advises you on data protection.

  • You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.

Questions, answered.

Better not. This software is for running the practice: appointments, patient details, invoices. Keep clinical information in the system made for it.

Your business software, made to measure.

Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
