Restaurant

Restaurant management software

Front of house, you already have your till. What’s usually missing is the rest: bookings, suppliers, the cellar, private events. Tell us how you work and a team of AI agents builds the software for exactly that.

It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.

What you can ask for

What you can ask for.

  • Bookings by covers

Lunch and dinner each have a cover limit: past that number, a booking won’t go in.

  • Suppliers and due dates

Fish, meat, wine, linen: every invoice with its due date, and what to pay this week.

  • Stores and cellar

The bottles and ingredients that matter, with minimum stock and an alert when they drop.

  • Events and corporate dinners

A quote with the agreed menu, the deposit noted, an invoice when needed.

  • Front-of-house staff

Whoever’s on the floor sees tonight’s bookings; suppliers and costs are for you only.

  • The weekly summary

Every Monday at 9, in your inbox: covers, invoices due, what to reorder.

Your data

Where you start, and a day with it.

Where you start

A few examples of the data you put in. Services, durations and prices are up to you.

  • Lunch12:00–15:00 · 40 covers
  • Dinner18:00–22:30 · 60 covers
  • Private eventquote to order
  • House wine, case of 6minimum stock 4 cases
  • Olive oil, 5 l tinminimum stock 2 tins

This is an example. You give the team your services, covers and items: just the ones that matter, not the whole menu.

Names, durations and prices are examples.

A day with it

An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.

  1. 9:30

On your phone: three invoices due this week and two items below minimum, olive oil and Prosecco.

  2. 10:15

The fish arrives. You update stock from your phone and log the supplier’s invoice.

  3. 11:40

A company wants dinner for twenty. You put the quote together with the menu and it goes out by email.

  4. 17:00

You add the bookings that came in by phone. Saturday night is full: it won’t take any more.

  5. 19:00

The restaurant manager opens tonight’s bookings on their phone. They can’t see costs, as you decided.

  6. Monday

The weekly summary lands at 9. You type in the chat to add the tasting menu to your quotes.

The sections

Sections you might ask for.

These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works

  • Bookings

    By service, counted in covers.

  • Suppliers

Lots of small invoices with different due dates, in order.

  • Stores and cellar

Minimum stock on the items that matter.

  • Events

Quotes, deposits and invoices for groups and functions.

  • Automations

Monday summary, low-stock alert, guest reminder.

Plainly put

What it doesn’t do.

We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.

  • It isn’t an EPOS or a till: no receipts. Those stay with the till you already use.

  • It doesn’t take orders at the table and doesn’t connect to delivery apps.

  • It doesn’t keep your food safety records and doesn’t run staff payroll.

  • You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.

Questions, answered.

No, it sits alongside it. The till handles orders and receipts; this handles bookings, suppliers, stock and events.

Your business software, made to measure.

Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
