Café

Software for cafés and coffee shops

A café takes hundreds of small payments and makes a handful of big ones each month. Tell us how you work, and a team of AI agents builds the software for the big ones: suppliers, stock, rotas. You check it on your phone between coffees.

It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.

What you can ask for

What you can ask for.

  • Coffee and your roaster

The roaster, the machine lease, the month-end invoices: what your coffee really costs you.

  • Stock that goes fast

Milk, pastries, soft drinks: a minimum for each, and an alert when they drop.

  • Deliveries

With every delivery you update stock from your phone in a few taps.

  • Daily takings

At close you enter the day’s total: at the end of the month you see money in and money out.

  • Counter rotas

Who opens, who closes. Everyone sees their own shifts; takings are for you.

  • Catering and drinks orders

A quote first, an invoice after.

Your data

Where you start, and a day with it.

Where you start

A few examples of the data you put in. Services, durations and prices are up to you.

  • Coffee beans, 1 kg bagminimum stock 6 bags
  • Whole milk, 2 litresminimum stock 10 bottles
  • Croissants, box of 40minimum stock 2 boxes
  • Still water 500 ml, pack of 24minimum stock 5 packs
  • Office cateringquote to order

This is an example. You give the team your items and thresholds: just the ones that matter.

Names, durations and prices are examples.

A day with it

An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.

  1. 5:45

The pastries arrive. You book them in on your phone before switching the machine on.

  2. 10:30

After the morning rush, the alert you asked for: milk is below minimum.

  3. 11:00

You log the roaster’s invoice: it’s due at the end of the month, and it shows up in what’s to pay.

  4. 14:00

The afternoon barista checks their shifts for the week on their phone.

  5. 17:20

An office nearby wants drinks for fifteen. You put the quote together and it goes out by email.

  6. 20:30

You cash up and enter the day’s takings. You can see what’s come in and gone out this month.

The sections

Sections you might ask for.

These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works

  • Suppliers

Not many invoices, but frequent, with due dates in order.

  • Stock

Milk, coffee and drinks with minimum levels.

  • Takings

Each day’s total, so you know how the month is going.

  • Rotas

Who’s on the counter, and each person sees only their own shifts.

  • Automations

Low-stock alert, invoice due, Monday summary.

Plainly put

What it doesn’t do.

We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.

  • It isn’t a till or a POS: it doesn’t print receipts. Those stay with your till.

  • It doesn’t reduce stock with every coffee sold: it isn’t connected to your till.

  • It doesn’t keep your food safety records and doesn’t run payroll.

  • You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.

Questions, answered.

No. The day’s total from your till report is enough. Individual sales stay in your till.

Your business software, made to measure.

Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
