Software for B&Bs and holiday lets
A few rooms, lots to remember: who’s arriving, who’s leaving, which room needs turning round, how much linen is left. Tell us how your place works and a team of AI agents builds the software around it.
It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.
What you can ask for.
Rooms and nights
A calendar for each room: who’s in, from when to when, and the free nights.
Arrivals, departures, housekeeping
Every departure creates a clean for that room, for whoever looks after it.
Returning guests
Contact details and preferences: who likes the garden room, who needs gluten-free breakfast.
Linen and breakfast
Sheets, towels, coffee: stock, minimum and an alert.
The pre-arrival email
Two days before, directions and check-in times sent to the guest by email.
Housekeeping
Whoever cleans sees only today’s rooms, and marks them as ready.
Where you start, and a day with it.

- Single room£70 a night

A day with it
An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.
- 7:30
You make breakfast and glance at your phone: two departures, one arrival at 3 pm, coffee pods below minimum.
- 10:30
A guest needs an invoice for their company. You prepare it on your phone and send it with your usual tool.
- 11:30
A booking comes in from a booking site. You add it to room 2’s calendar, 14th to 17th.
- 12:00
Your cleaner marks room 1 as ready on their phone.
- 15:00
The guest arrives. Their record has a note: third stay, prefers the ground floor.
- 21:00
The guest arriving the day after tomorrow has had their directions email, as you asked.

What it doesn’t do.
We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.
It isn’t a channel manager: it doesn’t connect to booking sites, so you enter bookings from there yourself.
It doesn’t handle guest registration, tourist tax returns or official statistics required where you are.
It doesn’t take payments online.
You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.
Questions, answered.
Yes, if you ask for a calendar by room: you see the nights booked and the ones free. Bookings from booking sites, though, you enter yourself.
Yes. Describe what you need to the team: even a small setup with guests, nights, cleaning and costs.
Building it and using it are free, with the AI model you choose (including free ones that run on your own computer). You only pay if you want it online for your team and customers, on your own domain: we set that up for you, as a service.
Your business software, made to measure.
Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
