Hair salon

Software for hair salons

Tell us how your salon works: how many chairs, who does colour, how long a blow-dry takes. A team of AI agents builds the software around your salon as it is, and you change it by typing whenever something changes.

It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.

What you can ask for

What you can ask for.

  • A diary by chair and by stylist

Every appointment shows who’s doing it and where. Ask for two colours never to overlap on the same chair, and the diary sticks to it.

  • Services with real durations

A cut takes half an hour, a colour an hour and a half with processing time in the middle. Explain how it works in your salon and the team builds it into the diary.

  • Colour formulas

A field on each client record for formula, processing times and notes. Next time, you’re not working from memory.

  • Colour and retail stock

Stock levels and a minimum for every product, with an alert when 6.1 is about to run out.

  • Clients who book themselves

Once we put it online on your server, clients create an account and see only their own appointments: they book, move and cancel within the rules you set.

  • Who sees what

Stylists see their own diary and client records. Takings and trade prices are for your eyes only.

Your data

Where you start, and a day with it.

A few examples of the data you put in. Services, durations and prices are up to you.

This is only an example. You tell the team your own services, durations, prices and products, or upload a list you already have.

Names, durations and prices are examples.

A day with it

An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.

  1. 8:40

You open it on your phone as you unlock the door: eleven appointments, split between you and Amy.

  2. 9:05

Mrs Clarke arrives for her colour. Last time’s formula is right there on her record.

  3. 11:30

A client has booked a blow-dry for Saturday by herself: it’s already in the diary, on the free chair.

  4. 13:15

The wholesaler’s delivery arrives. You update the colours from your phone and 6.1 drops off the reorder list.

  5. 18:00

Tomorrow’s clients have had their email reminder, just as you asked.

  6. 19:30

You type “add an allergies field to the client record” in the chat. It’s there straight away.

The sections

Sections you might ask for.

These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works

  • Diary

By chair and by stylist, with the real length of each service.

  • Clients

Contact details, colour formula and history on one record.

  • Products

Colour and retail stock with minimum levels and an alert when they run low.

  • Client bookings

Once it’s online, a page where each client sees and books only their own appointments.

  • Automations

The reminder the day before, the summary on Monday morning.

Plainly put

What it doesn’t do.

We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.

  • It isn’t a till or a POS: it doesn’t print receipts. Those stay with the till you already use.

  • It doesn’t take payments online: deposits and payments happen outside it, though you can note them down.

  • You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.

Questions, answered.

Yes, once we put it online on your server: you invite them and give each one a role. For example, they see their own diary and client records but not the takings. Until it’s online, only you use it.

Your business software, made to measure.

Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
