Shop

Software for independent shops

You know what’s on the shelves, what’s running out and who’s waiting for something you’ve ordered in. Tell us how your shop works, and a team of AI agents builds the software around your own products, suppliers and customers.

It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.

What you can ask for

What you can ask for.

  • Products, sizes and colours

Every product with its variants, stock level and minimum.

  • What to reorder

A list by supplier of everything below minimum, ready to order.

  • Customer orders

Who’s waiting for a size or a special order, and an automatic email when it arrives.

  • Suppliers

Invoices and due dates, and how much you’ve bought from each one this year.

  • Invoices for business customers

Company name, address and VAT number on the invoice, ready to send.

  • Shop staff

They see products and stock, not cost prices or margins.

Your data

Where you start, and a day with it.

Where you start

A few examples of the data you put in. Services, durations and prices are up to you.

  • Wool jumper, size Min stock 8 · minimum 3
  • Special order itemin stock 0 · delivery in 7 days
  • Gift wrappinginvoice line · £3
  • Local deliveryinvoice line · £5

This is an example. You tell the team your products, variants and thresholds, even starting from the spreadsheet you use today.

Names, durations and prices are examples.

A day with it

An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.

  1. 8:45

On your phone: three products below minimum and a wholesaler’s invoice due on Friday.

  2. 10:30

The courier arrives. You book the stock in, and the customer waiting for a size 12 gets an email.

  3. 12:15

A local business wants an invoice. You add their details, it’s ready, and you send it with your usual tool.

  4. 16:00

Your assistant logs a special order on their phone. They can’t see cost prices.

  5. 19:40

You put the week’s order together from the “to reorder” list, split by supplier.

The sections

Sections you might ask for.

These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works

  • Products

    Variants, stock levels and minimums.

  • Reorders

What to order, supplier by supplier.

  • Customer orders

Who’s waiting for what, and an alert when it arrives.

  • Suppliers

Invoices and due dates in order.

  • Invoices

    For customers who need one.

Plainly put

What it doesn’t do.

We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.

  • It isn’t a till or a POS: it doesn’t print receipts.

  • It isn’t an online shop and it doesn’t take payments. If you need a website or an online shop, the team can build it as a custom project: “An app or a website”.

  • It doesn’t reduce stock with every sale at the till: it isn’t connected to your till.

  • You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.

Questions, answered.

Yes, they do different jobs. The till handles sales and receipts; this handles products, suppliers, orders and invoices.

Your business software, made to measure.

Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
