Garage management software
The cars on the ramps, the estimate before anything comes apart, the parts that never run out on the wrong day. Tell us how your garage runs and a team of AI agents builds the software around it.
It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.
What you can ask for.
Vehicles and registrations
Every customer with their cars: registration, make and model, mileage, MOT due date.
Job cards
What needs doing, who’s on it, where it’s at: waiting, in progress, ready.
Estimates before the work
Labour and parts line by line. The customer approves before you start.
Parts below minimum
Oil, filters, brake pads: stock, minimum and an alert when they drop.
The customer kept informed
“When a car is ready, email the customer”: one rule, and it runs by itself.
Mechanics
They see job cards and mark them as done. Prices and invoices are for you only.
Where you start, and a day with it.
Where you start
A few examples of the data you put in. Services, durations and prices are up to you.

- Tyre change45 minutes · £40
- Diagnostic check60 minutes · £70
- MOT60 minutes · £54.85

This is an example. You tell the team your jobs, rates and parts, and change them whenever you like.
Names, durations and prices are examples.
A day with it
An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.
- 7:50
On your phone: six cars booked in and an alert that oil filters are below minimum.
- 9:15
A customer’s clutch is slipping. You open their car’s record and write the estimate by the ramp.
- 11:00
The mechanic marks the Fiesta’s service as done on their phone. They can’t see prices.
- 11:01
The Fiesta’s owner gets the email: “Your car is ready.”
- 17:45
You invoice a business customer for a service and send it with the tool you already use.
- 18:30
It reminds you of next month’s MOTs. You ask the team to email those customers automatically.
Sections you might ask for.
These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works
Vehicles
Registration, model, mileage and service history.
Job cards
The status of every car, and who’s working on it.
Estimates and invoices
Labour and parts line by line.
Parts
Consumables with minimum stock.
Automations
Car ready, MOT due, part below minimum.
What it doesn’t do.
We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.
It doesn’t look up vehicle details from the registration and has no manufacturer parts catalogues or labour times: you enter the model, mileage and times.
It isn’t a till: for customers paying at the counter, the receipt comes from your till.
It doesn’t submit invoices or tax returns for you: you send invoices with the tool you already use.
You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.
Questions, answered.
Yes. Give them a role that sees job cards and not prices. The server enforces it, not just the screen.
Yes, an email, if you ask for it. It goes from Plannify’s mail service, with a daily sending limit. It doesn’t send WhatsApp messages or texts.
Yes: open it on your phone and add it to your home screen.
Building it and using it are free, with the AI model you choose (including free ones that run on your own computer). You only pay if you want it online for your team and customers, on your own domain: we set that up for you, as a service.
Your business software, made to measure.
Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
