Beauty salon software
A beauty salon runs on well-used treatment rooms and clients who come back. Tell us how you work, and a team of AI agents builds the software around your rooms, your treatments and your packages.
It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.
What you can ask for.
Rooms and therapists
Every treatment takes a room and a person. Ask for the diary never to double-book a room, and it won’t.
Course packages
A course of ten sessions that counts down by itself after each appointment, with the number left always in view.
Client records
Contact details, preferences, past treatments, products bought. Only the fields you need.
Back-bar and retail stock
Wax, polish, creams: stock levels, minimums and an alert when something is running low.
Clients who book
Once we put it online on your server, each client creates an account, sees their appointments and remaining sessions, and books into free slots.
Permissions by role
Therapists see the diary and client records; trade prices and monthly takings stay with you.
Where you start, and a day with it.

A day with it
An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.
- 9:00
On your phone: eight appointments, split by room. The body room is free from 3 to 4 pm.
- 10:20
The session’s done and the client’s package counts down: three left.
- 12:45
A client asks for a quote for a course. You put it together and it goes out by email.
- 15:10
A client has booked through her account. The therapist sees it appear in her diary.
- 17:30
The email reminder goes out to tomorrow’s clients.
- 19:15
The alert you asked for arrives: wax is running low. You add it to the order.
Sections you might ask for.
These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works
Diary
By room and by therapist, with the real length of each treatment.
Packages
Sessions bought and sessions left, counted down automatically.
Clients
Preferences and history on one record.
Products
Back-bar and retail, each with its own minimum stock.
Client area
Once it’s online: bookings and remaining sessions, each client sees only their own.
What it doesn’t do.
We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.
It isn’t a till or a POS: receipts stay with the till you already use.
It doesn’t take payments or charge memberships to a card.
If you note allergies or other health information, that’s sensitive data: only ask for the fields you need, and check with whoever advises you on data protection.
You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.
Questions, answered.
Yes, if you ask for it: each time a session is marked as done, the package goes down by one and you see how many are left.
No. It works in the browser on your phone too, and you can add it to your home screen.
No. Every business’s data is kept separate from everyone else’s, and we take a backup every night and keep it for 14 days.
Building it and using it are free, with the AI model you choose (including free ones that run on your own computer). You only pay if you want it online for your team and customers, on your own domain: we set that up for you, as a service.
Your business software, made to measure.
Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
