Terms of service
Last updated 29 September 2026
This English translation is provided for your convenience. The Italian version is the legally binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
These terms govern the use of Plannify: the plannify.it website, the HQ for your business software and projects, and the desktop app. By creating an account you accept them. We’ve written them in plain language; if anything is unclear, ask us.
1.Who provides the service
Plannify is a service of Outline Digital, Via Dalmazia 36, Trani (BT), Italy, VAT no. IT08978680729, email info@outlinedigital.it, telephone +39 327 609 2869, website outlinedigital.it.
2.The service
Plannify coordinates a team of artificial intelligence agents that builds for you, on your computer, a business software or a software project (a website, a web app, an app, a program): it asks you questions, prepares the plan, builds it and tests it. The project lives on your computer in encrypted form and opens through Plannify; you use it after signing in. The agents use the “brain” you choose (a model on your computer or in the browser, or your own key). On request, and for a fee, we provide services carried out by people on our team: putting the project online on a server registered to you, the domain, publishing on the app stores, support.
3.Account
To use Plannify you must be of legal age and provide accurate information. Keep your password confidential: you are responsible for what happens with your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and write to us immediately.
4.Free, and paid services
- Creating and using projects with Plannify is free, within reasonable usage limits that protect the service.
- Services (go-live, domain, app stores, support) are ordered from the Services page, which shows the price, what is included, what we need from you and the timescales. They are paid through Stripe; prices are in euros, excluding VAT: VAT is added at payment.
- We take charge of every order and fulfil it by hand; when it’s ready, the delivery reaches you in Plannify and by email. If an order can’t be fulfilled, we cancel it and refund you.
- Subscription services (for example go-live) renew automatically, monthly or yearly as you choose, until you cancel them. When a go-live subscription ends, the project goes back to being usable only by you, through Plannify, and the dedicated server is shut down after we’ve told you.
- Plannify doesn’t sell artificial intelligence: the model that powers the team is yours, you choose it and, if it’s a paid one, you pay its provider directly.
- Domains registered for you are registered in your name. A completed registration can’t be cancelled or refunded. Developer accounts on the app stores (Apple, Google) are yours and you pay for them directly.
- If we change the price of a subscription service, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from the next renewal and you can cancel before it takes effect.
5.Withdrawal and cancellation
Cancelling a subscription: at any time, by writing to us or through the Stripe portal shown on your receipt. It stays active until the end of the period already paid for. We don’t refund periods that have already started, except as set out below for consumers.
If you are a consumer (you use Plannify for purposes outside any business or professional activity) you have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days, without giving any reason, by writing to info@outlinedigital.it (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). If you ask for the work to start straight away, in the event of withdrawal you pay only for the part already carried out (Article 57(3)), and a service already fully performed (for example a registered domain) is not refundable (Article 59); we refund the rest within 14 days using the same means of payment.
6.Costs of your models and services
When you use your own key (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter…), you pay for usage directly to that provider, under its terms. The same applies to the external services your project uses (for example a payment service). Plannify shows you usage and speed and lets you set a daily cap, but estimates may differ from what the provider charges: its invoice is what counts.
7.The agents’ work must be checked
AI agents can make mistakes: write inaccurate information, code with bugs, unsuitable text. Plannify shows you everything and asks for your go-ahead on sensitive actions (publishing, sending, paying, releasing), but the final decision and checking the result are up to you, especially for content with legal, tax, health or financial consequences. You choose the approval rules: if you make some of them automatic, you take responsibility for what goes out on its own.
8.The app on your computer
The Plannify app connects your computer to your projects. It works only in project folders (usually inside ~/Plannify), excludes secret files, and installs the tools needed (Node.js, Git, Ollama…) when you ask from the website. It starts when your computer starts and updates when you accept. After the first connection, new projects in your account connect to the computer by themselves. When you quit it, it secures the project folders: it encrypts them, and they open again only when you reopen it with your account. You can quit, disconnect or uninstall it whenever you like: the encrypted folders stay where they are, but without the account (or once the project is deleted) they can no longer be opened. Keep your operating system up to date and back up your projects: the computer is yours and you are responsible for it.
9.Your data and your content
The content you bring and the content the agents produce for you are yours, subject to third-party rights and the terms of the AI providers you use. The project lives on your computer in encrypted form and is used through Plannify: the service does not include delivering the source code as files. When you order go-live, the project reaches the server registered to you through us, and Plannify keeps it up to date. You grant us only the right to process them to let you use the service. We process the personal data you enter in your business software and projects as a processor on your behalf, under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. How we process your data as a customer is set out in the privacy notice.
10.Acceptable use
You may not use Plannify for:
- illegal activities, fraud, spam or unsolicited messages;
- infringing other people’s rights (privacy, copyright, trade marks);
- attacking, probing or overloading systems, yours or others’, without authorisation;
- circumventing the limits of the service or accessing other people’s accounts and projects.
In the event of a breach we may suspend the account, notifying you where possible.
11.Availability and support
We do our best to keep Plannify running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or faults, including those of providers (hosting, AI providers, connected services). We announce scheduled maintenance when it affects your work. Support is by email at info@outlinedigital.it on working days.
12.Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability towards business customers is limited to the amount paid for Plannify in the 12 months before the event, and excludes indirect damage such as loss of profits or loss of data of which no copy existed. We are not liable for third-party services you connect, nor for the responses of AI models. If you are a consumer, these limitations apply only within the limits of the Italian Consumer Code and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
13.Ending the relationship
You can delete your account whenever you like from your account menu: beforehand, you can download all your data with “Download your data”. We may close an account for serious breaches of these terms or, with 30 days’ notice, if we stop offering the service: in that case we refund the period paid for and not used, and give you time to download your data.
14.Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a significant way, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, in the HQ or by email. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
15.Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For business customers, the courts of Trani (Italy) have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the court of the place where you live has jurisdiction, and you may also turn to the alternative dispute resolution bodies provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
