Plannify documents
Cookies and browser storage
Last updated 29 September 2026
This English translation is provided for your convenience. The Italian version is the legally binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
This page lists, one by one, the cookies and information Plannify stores in your browser, in accordance with Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021. The controller is Outline Digital (see the privacy notice).
1.In short
Plannify uses a single cookie, the one that keeps you signed in, and a few preferences saved in the browser (light or dark theme, sounds). They are all technical: they make the service you asked for work. We don’t use profiling, advertising or third-party analytics cookies, and we don’t track you from one website to another.
3.Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage)
These aren’t cookies and aren’t sent to the server: they stay on your device and only the Plannify page uses them.
| Name | What it’s for | Duration |
|---|---|---|
plannify-theme | The theme you chose (light, dark or same as the system) | until you change it |
plannify-sound | Whether HQ sounds are on | until you change it |
plannify-collega | Which project to connect when you first open the desktop app | up to 3 days |
plannify-brain-device:… | Whether the “brain in the browser” runs on this device | until you change it |
plannify-banca-scelta | The last account you chose on the Bank page | until you change it |
plannify-a2hs-nascosto | Whether you closed the “Add to Home Screen” tip | until you clear the site data |
| tips already seen | So that you’re not shown the same tip twice on your phone | until you clear the site data |
If you turn on notifications, the browser registers a small Plannify program (service worker) that receives them and, when you tap one, opens the HQ. It caches nothing and collects no data. If you choose the “brain in the browser”, the browser keeps the downloaded AI model in its cache, so it doesn’t have to download it every time.
4.Third-party services
- Stripe: when you pay for a service you go to Stripe’s pages (checkout.stripe.com, billing.stripe.com), which use their own technical and anti-fraud cookies under their privacy policy. We don’t load Stripe scripts on Plannify’s pages.
- Fonts: typefaces are served from plannify.it, not from Google Fonts: no request goes to third parties while you browse.
- Previews of your projects: when you open the preview of a project, what you see is your own website or app. If your project uses cookies or third-party services, you are responsible for them towards your users.
6.How to delete them
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings (in Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data; in Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data; in Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security). Deleting plannify_session signs you out of your account; deleting the preferences restores the defaults. Questions: info@outlinedigital.it.
