Gym

Gym and fitness studio software

For a local gym, a personal training studio or a Pilates studio. Tell us which classes you run, how memberships work and who works with you: a team of AI agents builds the software around that.

It’s free. You’re using it in minutes, and you change it by writing.

What you can ask for

What you can ask for.

  • Members

A record with contact details, membership type, join date, renewal date and the instructor’s notes.

  • Classes with limited places

Pilates ten places, HIIT fifteen. Each class has its own limit and, if you want one, a waiting list.

  • Members’ bookings

Once we put it online on your server, each member creates an account, sees the timetable and books a place. They only see their own bookings.

  • Memberships and renewals

Monthly, quarterly, ten-visit passes: who’s up to date and who isn’t, in one list.

  • Forms on file

The date each member signed their health questionnaire or waiver, with a reminder when it needs renewing.

  • Instructors

Each instructor sees their own classes and members. Memberships and takings stay with you.

Your data

Where you start, and a day with it.

Where you start

A few examples of the data you put in. Services, durations and prices are up to you.

  • Personal training session60 minutes · £45
  • Group Pilates50 minutes · 10 places
  • HIIT45 minutes · 15 places
  • Monthly membership£45 a month
  • 10-visit pass£90

This is an example. You describe your classes, places, memberships and passes to the team, even starting from the spreadsheet you use today.

Names, durations and prices are examples.

A day with it

An example of how a day might go, with business software built like this and online for your team and your customers.

  1. 6:45

Before the 7 am class you check today’s timetable on your phone: 6:30 pm Pilates is full, two on the waiting list.

  2. 9:00

The Monday summary you asked for arrives: lapsed memberships, forms due for renewal, new members.

  3. 11:15

A member cancels Pilates from their account: the first person on the waiting list gets an email saying there’s a place.

  4. 14:30

A new member has their induction. You create their record and upload the signed form.

  5. 17:00

The instructor takes the HIIT register on their phone. They can’t see memberships, as you decided.

  6. 21:00

You type “add a yoga class on Thursdays” in the chat. It’s there straight away.

The sections

Sections you might ask for.

These are examples: you decide the sections, and you add more whenever you like by writing what you need. How it works

  • Members

They are the gym: membership, payments and forms on one record.

  • Classes and places

A limit for each class, with a waiting list.

  • Member area

Once it’s online, members book and cancel themselves, and see only their own things.

  • Memberships

Who’s paid, who hasn’t, who renews this month.

  • Automations

Form due for renewal, lapsed membership, weekly summary.

Plainly put

What it doesn’t do.

We’d rather say it up front, so you can choose well.

  • It doesn’t control entry: no access gates, key fobs or door readers.

  • It doesn’t collect memberships or take card payments or direct debits: you record what’s been paid.

  • Health questionnaires and notes are sensitive data: keep only what you need.

  • You need an AI model to build and change it (a free one works). You need a connection to use it.

Questions, answered.

Yes, if you ask for it and once we put it online on your server. They create an account, see the classes and places left, book and cancel. Each member sees only their own bookings.

Your business software, made to measure.

Tell us how you work, answer a few questions and the team builds it. You use it straight away, and when you want others in too, we put it online for you.
