What it is
A small program with no windows that lives in the menu bar. It receives the team’s requests (“read this file”, “run the tests”, “start the preview”) and carries them out in the project folder. If you use Ollama, it runs that too.

Download it and open it
From the Download page, for Mac, Windows or Linux. The first time, it opens Plannify in your browser and links to your account: on your computer, just press “Connect”.

It installs what’s missing
Node.js, Git, Ollama and its model, the tools for building apps: when they’re needed, the app installs them by itself and you can follow the progress on the website.

Set it and forget it
It starts again when your computer starts and reconnects by itself. If you switch your computer off, the agents writing code pause and pick up again when you’re back.

What it can’t do
It never leaves the project folder, never reads your documents, and never runs destructive commands (mass deletions, force pushes, publishing) without your explicit yes from the dashboard.
